If you’re following us on social media, you probably already saw the great news that StoneRox and Bradstone took home the 2019 Supplier/Manufacturer of the Year award at the BILD GTA Associate Awards. Bradstone also won this prestigious distinction back in 2007!

Our team was absolutely thrilled with this honour. BILD GTA (the Building Industry and Land Development Association) is the voice of the home building, land development and professional renovation industry in the Greater Toronto Area. It represents over 1,500 member companies across the industry, from home builders and land developers to renovators, financial and professional service organizations, trade contractors, and manufacturers and suppliers of all types of home-oriented products. It’s a non-profit, industry-funded organization that works to improve the communication between the building industry and government, to promote the welfare of the industry, and to protect consumers’ interests. In short, it’s here to make the home building industry in the GTA stronger and better for everyone involved.
BILD is the largest home builders’ association in Canada, and is affiliated with the Ontario Home Builders’ Association and the Canadian Home Builders’ Association. 2 As a manufacturer and supplier of masonry products, Bradstone and StoneRox have been proud members of BILD since our early days in the business. We were recently awarded with the quarter century award, having been part of BILD for over 25 years. BILD membership has allowed us to learn from and share with the best in the industry, and to expand our network of like-minded professionals
2019 winner at the BILD GTA Associate Awards
The BILD GTA Associate Awards were created to recognize BILD Associate members for “quality service, professionalism, leadership or innovation.” To be recognized as the 2019 Supplier/Manufacturer of the Year, candidates had to provide BILD with 15 clients’/distributors’ contact info. BILD then called each of the clients or distributors, and interviewed them. Based on the answers, BILD then picked the finalists and the winner.
So in winning this award, we must thank all of our clients, customers and distributors for their support. We’re proud of the strong relationships we’ve built in this industry, and of the incredible group of clients and suppliers we’re fortunate to work with.
We’re excited for what’s to come in 2020 and are honoured to be wrapping up the year with such a distinctive award from BILD. We’ll continue to do what has set us apart for years: to manufacture high-quality Canadian products, to make building and renovation simple and affordable, and to provide exceptional customer service.
